Keto Hot Fudge Sauce + Keto Sundae in a black bowl topped with cookie dough and sprinkles

Let's celebrate! Whether it's simply the end of the workweek, a birthday celebration, or another special occasion, we have the perfect sweet treat for you in the gelato sundae topped with our Keto Hot Fudge Sauce, edible cookie dough, and sugar-free sprinkles! So fun 🎉

We partnered with O'MY Dairy-Free Gelato to showcase their Keto line and guys, we can't stress how good it is! We tried both the Cake Walk flavor and the I Love Chocolate flavor and while both are insanely delicious, the chocolate stole our hearts. It's SO rich, decadent, and feels like you're eating frozen fudge. Bonus points when it's topped with our hot fudge sauce + all the toppings 😉

Below you'll find the Keto Hot Fudge Sauce recipe but we also wanted to tell you guys how to make the edible cookie dough in case you want to whip this up yourself. Read on for more info!

How to make Keto edible cookie dough

You don't need a specific recipe here and we typically don't measure anything when we make the cookie dough. You'll start by placing a tablespoon or two of butter (or vegan butter if dairy-free, or even coconut oil), in a food processor with a bit of almond flour. Let's say 1 tablespoon butter per ¼ cup packed almond flour.

Blend it up until a dough forms then pulse in a splash of vanilla extract, a tablespoon or two of powdered erythritol, and a pinch of salt. Tweak the level of vanilla and salt until you get that classic cookie dough flavor. Then, stir in your sugar-free chocolate chips. Done! You can form the cookie dough into a log, freeze for a bit, then cut it into chunks, or simply crumble it as is.

    Where to find sugar-free sprinkles

There are a few brands on the market but we typically use this brand. We opt for sprinkles that are naturally colored and sweetened with natural sugar-free sweeteners.

How to store Keto Hot Fudge Sauce

Have leftover fudge sauce? Pop it into a lidded jar and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week. To reheat, simply run hot water over the jar or pop it back into a skillet or pot to heat up.
