These Keto Pizza Pull-Apart Rolls are a great low-carb appetizer or fun snack using Cast Iron Keto's famous Keto Rolls as the base!

Is there any food more beloved than pizza? We mean really, it’s the perfect meal for a kid's birthday, or when you’re gathered in front of the tv for the big game. If you're looking for a low-carb pizza fix, these Keto Pizza Pull-Apart Rolls are awesome!
If family feud surveyed 100 people for their favorite food, pizza is going to be on the list and it’s going to be near the top. We wonder if that would be called the "family food feud"?…
Ok, let's get back on track.
The combination of cheese, pepperoni, and sauce are what makes pizza so delicious, and these little bites of deliciousness are cheesier than a slew of dad jokes. For example, did you hear the joke about the pizza?... it’s really cheesy... what about the one about the unsharpened pencil?... it doesn’t really have a point...or my personal favorite did you know you can’t run through a campsite... you can only ran, it’s past tense(tents).
We hope you didn’t read through those and just click off the website, at the very least we hope we gave you an exasperated chuckle.

This was my first recipe from your sight. Made it last night and it was a hit! Ate my first leftovers today, and they are better then last night. Added a tiny bit of stevia to sauce, but otherwise no changes. Will do it again! Thanks!! (side note: because of lots o cheese was a bit swollen this morning, so drink, drink, drink around this dinner-well worth it!)

Awesome to hear that you enjoyed them! With so much cheese and pepperoni it is a good idea to load up on water, thanks for sharing!

This is my son’s favorite meal, and unfortunately we just found out he is sensitive to eggs. I tried using chia seed egg replacers and it was a big fail. Do you have any suggestions for replacing eggs in this recipe?
Alex Lester says
Hi Kat, there's no way to replace eggs in this recipe.
Velda says
One, probably dumb, question. Do I bake the dinner rolls first, then adding the pizza ingredients and baking from there? Or do I have raw dough in my skillet, add ingredients, then bake?
Cast Iron Keto says
Hi Velda, not a dumb question at all. It does seem our instructions are quite confusing. You'll make the rolls up until the point where you put the raw dough in the skillet, then layer in the pizza ingredients then bake. Hope this helps!
James says
Are the nutrition values for one serving, or the entire skillet?
Cast Iron Keto says
Hi James, the nutritional info is for one serving.
Lisa says
Fun recipe! Thanks!
Toni says
Can you use sausage for this recipe instead of the pepperoni?
Cast Iron Keto says
Sure, just make sure the sausage is cooked before adding it to the rolls.
