These Keto Ham and Cheese Sliders are a low-carb replica of the famous party sandwiches made with Hawaiian bread.
These Keto Ham and Cheese Sliders aren’t only delicious but they are keto too! These are the perfect Keto Game-Day snack or an appetizer for your next party. Or in our case wrapped in aluminum foil, tossed in the cooler, and warmed back up over the fire on an impromptu camping trip. Whichever way you eat them you’re sure to be delighted.
Ham and cheese sliders (the kind with poppy seeds, Hawaiian bread, and the delicious mustard, butt3er, onion, combo) were a potluck favorite at church dinners, family get-togethers, or as a “finger food” at any parties growing up. We're sure they were at yours too!
The sandwich base is, of course, our Keto Rolls. We're constantly pushing out new low-carb slider recipes because we love them so much! What could be better than little sandwiches? Ok, well a lot of things, but we do love a good slider.
Do you want your rolls to taste like Hawaiian rolls? Add in some pineapple extract and maybe a touch of a Keto sweetener.

I think next time I make these dinner rolls (cus yeah it will FOR SURE be a next time, again and again and again) I will put poppyseeds into the batter/dough before baking. Love the crunchy feeling when you chew 😀 Thanks for sharing!!

Loved these growing up and think my gluten free kiddos would also. If I made the rolls. Refrigerated them overnight..then made into ham sliders would that be better than making dough and refrigerating overnight. Baking and then making sliders?
Alex Lester says
If I were to pick I would choose to make the dough a refrigerate overnight, it will help the rolls keep their shape even better.

How many sandwiches per serving for the 5 net carbs?
Alex Lester says
That would be 2.

In the picture there are poppy seeds on top of the rolls and I seem to remember the original recipe calling for pouring some of the butter mixture, melted, over the sandwiches after assembled. Am I missing something in my reading of your recipe? Does all the butter mixture go inside the rolls? I am SO looking forward to making these!!!
Thanks,
Amy

You can do half inside and half on the top if you'd like!
