With over ten years of experience in the culinary world, working mostly as chef, Raffaele is now completely dedicated to recipe development and culinary consulting. He is passionate about cast iron cooking after he tried ir for the first time during a stage in a Michelin star restaurant. Raffaele is now into keto diet, discovering all the culinary possibility this new lifestyle can offer.
