Instructions
Heat the ghee in a large 5 or 6-quart Dutch oven over medium heat.
Once hot, toss in the onion, garlic, jalapeno, ginger, turmeric, and cilantro. Stir occasionally and cook for about 4 minutes.
Next, add the ground coriander and paprika. Let it cook for another minute.
Pour in the apple cider vinegar and chicken bone broth. Then add the chicken breast and lemon slices. Crank up the heat to bring everything to a boil.
As soon as it boils, reduce the heat, cover your pot with a lid, and let it simmer for about 25 minutes.
Remove the lid and transfer the chicken to a cutting board. Shred the chicken and toss it back into the soup.
Taste the soup and add more salt if needed. Finally, ladle the soup into individual bowls to serve. Enjoy!
