Instructions
Caramelize the sliced onions in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat until they turn golden brown and sweet.
Place the blanched cauliflower florets on a baking tray and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Layer the fried bacon pieces and caramelized onions over the cauliflower.
Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the cauliflower mixture. Distribute small pieces of butter over the cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 30 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top turns golden brown.
