Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, hot sauce, mustard, and pickle juice to prepare the burger sauce. Set it aside.
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Once it's hot, add in the ground beef and cook until lightly browned and slightly cooked.
Add olive oil to the beef mixture and toss in the diced onions. Continue cooking until the onions are translucent.
Then, stir in the ranch seasoning and place the cheese slices on the beef mixture.
Allow them to melt slightly, and remove the skillet from the heat.
Assemble the lettuce pieces in a serving bowl and top them with ground beef mixture and pickles. Serve hot and enjoy!
