In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork with red wine vinegar, paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, cumin powder, garlic, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves.
Once mixed, take a quarter of the meat mixture and shape it into a patty. Repeat this process to form four even-sized patties.
Place a cast-iron skillet on the stove and set the heat to medium-high.
Add a drizzle of olive oil to the skillet.
Carefully place the patties into the skillet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
Cook the patties for 3-5 minutes on one side until they have a nice golden-brown crust. Using a spatula, flip the patties and cook the other side for another 3-5 minutes.
Once the patties are cooked through and have a golden crust on both sides, remove them from the skillet.
Serve the patties warm. Pair with your favorite keto sides or enjoy them on their own.
