Instructions
Fry the bacon in a pan until it's as crispy as you like, then drain off the extra fat and set it aside.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (160°C).
In a blender, mix together the eggs, cream cheese, Gruyere cheese, sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne until the mixture is smooth.
Lightly grease a non-stick muffin pan.
Pour the egg blend into the muffin wells, filling each about three-quarters of the way.
Top each with the cooked bacon.
Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are solid.
Once baked, let them cool for around 5 minutes before taking them out of the pan.
