Mix the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, almond milk, melted butter, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Stir everything until you get a thick batter. Let it sit for a few minutes so the flour can absorb the liquid.
Spread the batter evenly in your greased Dutch oven.
Put it in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. You'll know it's done when the top gets golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Let it cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes. Carefully take it out of the pan and let it finish cooling on a wire rack.
