avocado oil

Instructions
Heat a skillet on medium with half of the avocado oil.
Cook peppers, mushrooms, and onions until soft (about 5 minutes), then remove them.
Add the rest of the avocado oil and lay the steak slices in the pan. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes until golden but not quite done.
Put in the minced garlic and cook briefly. Be careful; garlic burns quickly!
While the steak is cooking, mix beef broth, liquid aminos, and sesame oil in a bowl. Keep stirring so no lumps form.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer. Add the cooked veggies back in. Cook a bit more until the sauce thickens just how you like it.
Serve while warm. Your delicious and easy keto pork steak is ready to enjoy!
