Instructions
Season the steak pieces with red pepper flakes, thyme leaves, salt, and pepper. Give them a good mix using your hand and set them aside.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak bites and sear each side for 2-3 minutes until they have a golden-brown crust.
Then, remove them from the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.
Melt butter in the same skillet. Toss in minced garlic and diced red onion to the skillet and sauté until the onions are translucent and tender.
Return the steak bites to the skillet, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add chopped parsley at the top and stir everything together.
Next, remove the skillet from the heat and serve the steak bites on a serving plate, drizzling the meat juice on top.
