Labneh

of garlic

fresh dill

of smoked salmon
approximately 3.5 ounces

teaspoon
of fresh ginger
zested

English cucumbers
Instructions
Combine the Labneh, minced garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped dill in a bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Vertically peel the cucumbers to create long, thin slices using a peeler.
Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
Spread a generous amount of the Labneh mixture onto each cucumber layer. Make sure to cover the entire surface.
Place the smoked salmon slices on top of the Labneh mixture on each cucumber slice. This will add a delicious and savory flavor to the rolls.
Carefully roll up each cucumber ribbon, starting from one end. Continue rolling until you reach the other end, creating mini cucumber rolls.
Use toothpicks or cocktail sticks to secure the rolls. Insert them into the rolls, making sure they hold everything together.
Arrange the smoked salmon and Labneh cucumber rolls on a serving platter.
If desired, you can garnish them with additional dill sprigs.
