For salad

fresh feta cheese

green olives

black olives

sweet green bell peppers

Persian cucumbers

small red onion
For the keto Greek salad dressing

tablespoon
red wine vinegar

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil

dried oregano

lemon juice
Instructions
In a sealed container, combine the cherry tomatoes, sliced peppers, chopped cucumbers, and thin slices of red onion.
Chill the salad in the fridge until it's mealtime.
In a separate jar, blend the red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and fresh lemon juice.
Shake the jar well to mix the dressing.
At mealtime, drizzle the dressing over the salad, adjusting to your taste.
