90% lean ground turkey
1
small yellow onion

Dijon mustard
2
garlic cloves
minced

fresh parsley
finely chopped

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Rapeseed (Canola) oil
to grease the pan
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, place minced ground turkey.
Add the shredded onion, Dijon mustard, minced garlic cloves, finely chopped fresh parsley, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture.
Gently mix them with your hands until thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
Heat a cast iron pan and spray it with cooking oil.
Put the patties in the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 5 minutes until they are lightly golden brown.
Carefully flip them over and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Once cooked, serve the burgers on iceberg lettuce leaves and add the desired toppings like red onion, avocado, tomato, and cheese.
