sugar-free chocolate chips
or chopped Couverture chocolates
¾
cup
unsalted peanut butter
or almond butter
½
tablespoon
coconut oil

Instructions
Heat a bit of water in a saucepan on the stove.
Place a heat-proof bowl over the saucepan, making sure it doesn't touch the water.
In the bowl, mix the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir until the chocolate starts melting.
Add nut butter to the melting chocolate and stir until smooth. Then take it off the heat.
Spread the fudge evenly into silicone molds or a parchment-lined baking dish.
Refrigerate for about an hour or until the fudge sets.
Once it's set, pop the fudge out of the molds and enjoy!
