Instructions
Add chopped onions, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Give them a good mix and set aside.
In a ziplock plastic bag, pour the marinade and put the meat inside. Mix them well and seal the plastic bag. Let it refrigerate for at least an hour.
Remove it from the fridge 30 minutes before grilling and bring it to room temperature.
Then, heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare.
Remove the steak from the pan. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes and slice against the grain.
Top the slices with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro and serve.
