For the meatballs

½poundground pork
1large egg

For the keto marinara sauce
1tablespoonolive oil
1small onionchopped

1poundlow-carb tomato sauce

1tablespoonItalian seasoning

Instructions
For Italian keto meatballs
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat, then add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the meatballs for 5-6 minutes, frequently turning, until browned but not fully cooked.
Transfer them to a plate.
For the sauce
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook onions and garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant. After that, add the remaining ingredients for the sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and let it simmer.
For meatballs with sauce
Add the meatballs to the saucepan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Once cooked, remove them from the heat, cover, and set aside.
Sprinkle some fresh herbs like basil or parsley on top. Enjoy!
