Add the meat strips to the pan and cook until browned about 4-5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium. Then, add the mushrooms, onions, butter, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onions are soft, the mushrooms release their moisture, and they are brown. It takes about 7-8 minutes.
Next, pour the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, vinegar, and mustard into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and boil for 5-6 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Finally, serve it in bowls, garnished with chopped spring onion.
