 5 ounces Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon black seeds Nigella seeds

Ingredients

Take five ounces of Parmesan cheese and grate it finely.

Put one or two tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese into each muffin tin.

Sprinkle black seeds on top of the cheese and gently press down on each mound.
