Create a spice mix by combining almond flour, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and cayenne pepper. Set aside.
Sauté the chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a large cast-iron skillet.
Cook the chicken for about 8-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown on all sides.
Add the yogurt mixture, sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken, and cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
