Instructions
Place the olive oil and butter in a 10" or larger cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add the onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
Add garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest, and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add white wine and lemon juice, and cook to reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes.
Add in shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley to serve.
