Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
Butterfly the chicken filets. Slice them open horizontally halfway through — like a book — to create a nice pocket.
Fill the pockets with cream cheese mixture.
Once stuffed, lightly mist the filets with a bit of avocado oil spray. Then, sprinkle the remaining ranch seasoning over the top.
Place them in a 10.5″ cast-iron skillet and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
