These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Sliders make a great appetizer, game-day snack, or fun dinner! Loaded with buttery beef, peppers, and onions these are too delicious!
Follow our keto dinner rolls recipe to prepare a batch of keto buns. But instead of making 12 larger rolls, make 24.
Once the dinner rolls are cooled down, gently remove the rolls from the skillet into one large piece. Carefully slice the rolls horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer. Set the bottom layer aside.
For sliders
Preheat a large 10.5″ cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter to the hot skillet, followed by the shaved ribeye. Brown the steak for about 3-4 minutes.
Toss the sliced onions and bell peppers into the skillet with the steak. Continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes until the peppers and onions become tender.
Turn off the heat. Place the bottom layer of the sliced dinner rolls in a baking dish and top it with the cooked meat mixture. Then, add a layer of provolone cheese.
Finally, place the top layer of the sliced rolls over the provolone to complete the sliders.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer the assembled sliders to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is gooey.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Note: The beef mixture is the same for our Keto Philly Cheese Steak Stuffed Peppers. It's perfectly buttery!
