Instructions
Heat a small cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the bread cheese to the skillet and cook for 1 minute per side until warmed.
Remove the bread cheese from the skillet and top with desired toppings.
Latin inspired
Place the heated bread cheese on a plate. Spread a quarter of the avocado (mashed or sliced) on top of the cheese.
Drizzle chimichurri sauce over the avocado. Then, add sliced radishes and jalapeños for an extra kick.
Gently place the fried egg on the toppings. Finally, garnish with a few slices of pickled onions.
Bacon + goat cheese
Lay the warmed Bread Cheese on a plate. Spread half of the avocado (mashed or sliced) over the cheese.
Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and bacon evenly on top.
Everything Bagel with Lox
Position the heated bread cheese on a plate. Spread a quarter of the avocado (mashed or sliced) on the cheese.
Spread cream cheese over the avocado. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on the cream cheese.
Place smoked salmon on top of the seasoning. Add capers and thin slices of red onion for extra flavor.
Finally, add a slice of tomato as the finishing touch.

Place the bread cheese on a plate.
Arrange half of the avocado slices over the cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the avocado.
Sprinkle flaky sea salt and a pinch of red pepper flakes for seasoning.
