Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
On a shallow plate, mix the erythritol and spices.
Coat the uncooked bacon with the mixture on both sides.
Place the coated uncooked bacon on a skillet in a single layer.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 15- 20 minutes until your desired level of crispiness is reached.
Your cooked and caramelized bacon strips are ready to serve.
