Preheat oven to 350° F and grease an 8” cast iron skillet.
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except ¼ cup of the chocolate chips, until smooth. Pour the batter in the prepared pan, top with remaining chocolate chips and transfer to the oven.
Bake for 22-25 minutes until the edges are crispy but the center is still soft. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
