Instructions
Cook the bacon
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Lay the bacon slices in the skillet and cook until they're brown and crispy.
Drain the bacon on paper towels, then chop into small pieces and set aside.
Prepare the cheese mix
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded Gouda, cream cheese, and sour cream.
Add the minced serranos, chopped bacon, green onions, garlic powder, and white pepper, mixing until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Bake the dip
Preheat your oven to 350° F (180°C).
Spread the cheese mixture evenly in the cast-iron skillet.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
