This Keto Flourless Chocolate Torte is decadent, sweet, and totally low-carb. It's a great keto dessert to have on hand for special occasions or even a random Tuesday.
Microwave the butter and chocolate in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Heat the chocolate butter mixture at 30-second intervals until smooth and glossy.
In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, powdered sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Use an immersion blender to mix the ingredients for about 8 minutes (until the batter turns airy).
Fold the chocolate into the egg mixture just until mixed.
Pour the batter into the lined skillet and place it in the preheated oven.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, just until the batter sets. The middle should be slightly soft.
Allow the torte to cool completely before removing from the pan. Dust with cocoa if desired and serve.
