Instructions
Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium-high heat.
Cook the pork belly for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Add chopped garlic and jalapeños to the skillet, cooking for around 30 seconds until fragrant.
Gradually add chopped collard greens, allowing them to wilt. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Transfer the pork belly and collard greens from the skillet to a plate.
Add salt according to your preference, and serve hot.
