Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450° F.
Mix the mustard, melted butter, salt, pepper, crushed Gouda Moon Cheese, pecans, and parsley in a small bowl.
Place the salmon filets in a larger cast iron skillet.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your salmon cooked.
