-      2 pounds of pork ribs

-      ¼ cup yellow mustard

-      ¼ cup BBQ sauce, sugar-free

-      3 ounces butter

-      ¼ cup beef broth

1.   Preheat your smoker to 225°F (105°C).

2.  Brush the ribs with a thin layer of      yellow mustard on both sides.

3.  Apply the BBQ sauce generously to      both sides of the ribs and coat evenly.

4.  Place the ribs on the smoker and      smoke for 3 hours.

5.  After 3 hours, coat each rib with two      tablespoons of beef broth and butter.

6.  Smoke them for an additional 2      hours.

7.  After 2 hours, remove the ribs from      the smoker and serve with your      favorite side dish.
