-   2 tablespoons unsalted butter,      softened

-   1 tablespoon olive oil

-   1 ½ cups turkey or chicken broth

-   ½ teaspoon rosemary, chopped

-   ½ teaspoon thyme, chopped

1. Preheat your oven to 355°F (180°C).

2. Pat the turkey leg dry with paper     towels.

3. Mix the softened butter, olive oil,     chopped herbs, sea salt, and black     pepper in a small bowl.
