☐ 4 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced ☐ ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley ☐ ¼ medium red onion, sliced ☐ ¼ cup chopped almonds ☐ ½ Granny Smith apple, julienned ☐ 2 tbsp olive oil ☐ 2 tbsp lemon juice ☐ 1 tsp Dijon mustard ☐ Sea salt, to taste ☐ Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Mix the red cabbage, parsley, apple slices, red onions, and almonds in a big bowl.
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in another small bowl or a jar with a lid. Stir or shake them together to make the lemon dijon salad dressing.
