Recipe Makes 4 Servings

– 1 pound pork steak, thinly sliced – ½ yellow pepper, sliced into strips – ½ red bell pepper, sliced into     strips – ¾ cup oyster mushrooms, sliced     without the stems – ¼ cup pork broth – ½ small yellow onion, thinly sliced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 2 tablespoons liquid aminos – 2 tablespoons sesame oil – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black      pepper

Heat a skillet on medium with half of the avocado oil.

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1

Cook peppers, mushrooms, and onions until soft (about 5 minutes), then remove them.

Step 2

Add the rest of the avocado oil and lay the steak slices in the pan. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes until golden but not quite done.

Step 3

Put in the minced garlic and cook briefly. Be careful; garlic burns quickly!

Step 4

While the steak is cooking, mix beef broth, liquid aminos, and sesame oil in a bowl. Keep stirring so no lumps form.

Step 5

Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer. Add the cooked veggies back in. Cook a bit more until the sauce thickens just how you like it.

Step 6
