Cook peppers, mushrooms, and onions until soft (about 5 minutes), then remove them.
Add the rest of the avocado oil and lay the steak slices in the pan. Cook each side for 4-5 minutes until golden but not quite done.
Put in the minced garlic and cook briefly. Be careful; garlic burns quickly!
While the steak is cooking, mix beef broth, liquid aminos, and sesame oil in a bowl. Keep stirring so no lumps form.
