Ingredients

☐ 1 (14.5 oz) can salmon, flaked ☐ ½ yellow onion, minced ☐ ½ cup almond flour ☐ 2 large eggs ☐ 1 avocado, minced ☐ 1 tsp sea salt ☐ ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper ☐ ¼ cup unsalted butter 

Instructions

1. Drain and flake the canned salmon. Mince the onion and avocado. 2. In a bowl, mix salmon, onion, almond flour, eggs, salt, and pepper. Add avocado and form six patties. 3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. 5. Drain on a paper towel and serve hot.

Drain canned salmon well to avoid excess moisture and help patties hold their shape. If too wet, add almond flour gradually until firm.
