This Pork Tenderloin Recipe is so juicy, tender, and EASY. Pork recipes can sometimes be paper dry and B.L.A.N.D. Not this one! Ready in just about 30 minutes, this is an easy low-carb pork tenderloin dish you'll make again and again.
– 2 1-pound pork tenderloins – 1 tablespoon minced Italian herbs, we used a blend of rosemary, thyme, and sage – 4 cloves garlic, coarsely minced – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper – 3 tablespoons avocado oil Garlic butter sauce – ¼ cup melted unsalted butter – ¼ teaspoon garlic salt – ½ teaspoon onion powder – 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Using a fork, poke holes all over the pork tenderloin. Stuff the holes with the minced garlic and herb and season the tenderloin with sea salt and black pepper.
Make the garlic butter by mixing the ingredients in a small bowl.
Heat the avocado in a larger cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork for 3 minutes per side until browned.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake pork for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 145°F (63°C). After removing, let it rest.
Always preheat your skillet before adding the meat for perfectly seared pork tenderloin. This simple step ensures a delightful golden brown crust on the outside while preserving the juicy tenderness inside.
