The Easiest Way  to Make Pork Tacos at Home

Our Keto Pork Tacos are a tasty low-carb twist on the classic Mexican dish. Made with juicy ground pork, fresh vegetables, and homemade keto tortillas, these tacos are an excellent choice for busy weekdays.

- ⅓ onion, chopped - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1.25 pounds of ground pork - 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning

For the ground pork

For the low-carb taco tortillas

For the taco fillings

- 3 cups almond flour - 2 tablespoons xanthan gum - 1 teaspoon baking powder - Pinch of salt - 1 large egg - 2 tablespoons water

- 1 pint cherry tomatoes,    quartered - ⅓ red onion, sliced - 2 lettuce leaves, chopped - Lime juice to taste, optional

Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet on medium-high. Sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes until soft.

Add the ground pork, cook until brown, then drain the fat.

Mix in the taco seasoning and ½ cup of hot water; let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

While simmering, get started on the keto tortillas.

Remove the skillet from heat and fill each tortilla with ground pork.

Add in tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lettuce, and enjoy the low-carb pork tacos.
