These peanut butter cookies are

Gluten-free, sugar-free, and low-carb! 

— 1 cup peanut butter — ½ cup coconut flour — ¼ cup granulated sweetener — 1 teaspoon vanilla extract — ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips — 1 tablespoon coconut oil — Sea salt for sprinkling on top

Ingredients

1. Mix the creamy peanut butter, coconut flour, sweetener, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.

2. Shape the mixture into balls and flatten them with your fingertips.

3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.

4. Dip the cookies into the melted chocolate, sprinkle with sea salt, and freeze!
