☐ 1 cup peanut butter ☐ ⅔ cup granulated erythritol ☐ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ☐ 1 large egg ☐ 1 ½ cups blanched almond flour ☐ ½ teaspoon baking soda ☐ ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Ingredients

1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease an 8” cast iron skillet. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except ¼ cup of the chocolate chips, until smooth. Pour the batter in the prepared pan, top with remaining chocolate chips and transfer to the oven. 3. Bake for 22-25 minutes until the edges are crispy but the center is still soft. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.
