For the Sauce ☐ 1 tbsp avocado oil ☐ 2 tbsp tamari or soy sauce ☐ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard ☐ 2 tbsp brown erythritol ☐ 1 tsp grated fresh ginger ☐ 1 clove garlic, minced ☐ ½ tsp red pepper flakes ☐ ½ tsp ground white pepper ☐ 1 lime, for zest and juice
1. Heat 1 tbsp avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. Stir in tamari, Dijon mustard, brown erythritol, ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, and white pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat, mix in lime juice and zest, and adjust seasoning if needed. 4. Warm avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes. 6. Pour glaze into the hot skillet, then return the salmon, skin-side up. 7.
