Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp and Asparagus Skillet

Whip up this flavorful Keto Garlic Butter Shrimp and Asparagus in under 20 minutes with just five simple ingredients!

- 13 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 5 cloves of garlic, minced

– 8 ounces of fresh asparagus tips

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)

1.  Gather all the required ingredients for the recipe.

2.  Mince the garlic cloves.

3.  Wash and trim the asparagus.

Preparation Steps

1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a 10.5″ or larger cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Once it's hot, toss in the garlic and asparagus, and sauté for around 3 minutes.

3. Shift the asparagus to one side of the skillet, then add the shrimp.

4. Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until they're done.
