The Easiest Snack Recipe for Low-carb Diet

These Fat Bombs or Keto Cheese Balls are the perfect snack or appetizer for family gatherings. They work well, too, if you need an easy mid-day snack!

– 8 ounces of cream cheese – 2 green onions, minced – ¼ cup chopped pecans – ¼ cup minced green bell pepper – ¼ teaspoon garlic salt – 3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto

Just SIX ingredients!

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the prosciutto. Mix well, then form into 8 balls.

Place the cheese balls on a parchment-lined plate and freeze for 20 – 30 minutes until firm.

Wrap the cheese balls in prosciutto, then place in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until the prosciutto is crispy.

Serve immediately or store refrigerated for up to one week. You can reheat them in a hot skillet, but they are also great cold.
