6 large eggs

¼ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon wine vinegar

¼ teaspoon pepper

Put the eggs in a pot, add water, and boil for 12 minutes. Transfer them to ice-cold water for 20 minutes.

Peel and halve the eggs, keeping the yolks in a mixing bowl.

Mix the yolks with other ingredients (except chives) until smooth and creamy.

Use a piping bag to fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.

Garnish with fresh chives for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.

To save time peeling the eggs, crack the shells all around by gently tapping them on a hard surface, then roll them between your palms to loosen them. The shells will come off quickly.
