☐ 3 medium English cucumbers ☐ 10 fresh basil leaves ☐ ½ Granny Smith apple ☐ 1 zucchini ☐ 1 garlic clove ☐ ½ tbsp fresh ginger ☐ 2 cups spinach ☐ 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar ☐ 1 medium kiwi fruit ☐ ½ cup olive oil ☐ Juice of 1 lime ☐ ¼ tsp coriander ☐ ¼ tsp black pepper ☐ Pinch of sea salt
Add cucumbers, apple, zucchini, kiwi, basil, garlic, ginger, spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, coriander, pepper, and salt to a blender.
