3 medium English cucumbers 10 fresh basil leaves ½ Granny Smith apple 1 zucchini 1 garlic clove ½ tbsp fresh ginger 2 cups spinach 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 medium kiwi fruit ½ cup olive oil Juice of 1 lime ¼ tsp coriander ¼ tsp black pepper Pinch of sea salt

Ingredients

Add cucumbers, apple, zucchini, kiwi, basil, garlic, ginger, spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lime juice, coriander, pepper, and salt to a blender.
