☐ 1.5 lb beef chuck roast ☐ 1 tbs red chili paste ☐ 4 cloves garlic, minced ☐ 2 tbs chipotle seasoning ☐ ¼ tsp ground cumin ☐ 1 tsp dried oregano ☐ ¼ tsp sea salt ☐ ½ tsp black pepper ☐ 1 cup beef broth ☐ Juice of 1 lime ☐ 2 tbs olive oil For Serving ☐ Lettuce leaves ☐ Avocado slices ☐ Pickled jalapeños ☐ Pickled red onions
Rub chipotle seasoning, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper onto the beef. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for deeper flavor.
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron pot over medium-high heat. Sear the beef for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
