¼ cup unsalted butter or butter substitute for dairy-free
2 cups vegetable broth can sub 1 cup of drippings for 1 cup of broth
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
