- 14 ounces bok choy, whole
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, (avocado oil is an excellent choice)
- 3.5 ounces Chinese chorizo, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Sea salt, to taste
1. Put the pan on high heat and add vegetable oil. When the oil's hot, add the chopped chorizo and stir. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir until they smell good.
2. Pour in the chicken stock and let it boil.
3. Put the bok choy in the pan and make two layers. Cover the pan with a lid and let it steam for 2-3 minutes.
4. Turn off the stove. Add some sesame oil. Sprinkle some salt and pepper as you like and serve hot!
