– 2 sirloin steaks (about 8-10 ounces each) – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic – 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary – 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper – 2 tablespoons butter, for finishing


How to make it?

1.  Season the sirloin steaks with sea salt, freshly ground pepper, and olive oil. 2.  Then, pan-grill them to perfection with fresh herbs and garlic.

Allow your cuts to come to room temperature for a perfect steak before cooking. This ensures even cooking, preventing the center from remaining undercooked!
