This easy Keto Cauliflower Pizza recipe is the best way to curb your cravings for a traditional pizza. It has a low-carb pizza crust made with cauliflower and topped with mozzarella cheese and low-carb goodies.

– 1 medium-sized cauliflower head – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup almond flour – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – 1 large egg, beaten – ½ cup tomato sauce, for topping – ½ cup tomato sauce for toppinge
1. Pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor. 2. Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 4-5 minutes. 3. Let the cauliflower rice cool down for a few minutes. Then, wrap a clean towel around the rice and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. 4. Place the cooked cauliflower in a mixing bowl. Add shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined. 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and shape it into a round, about ¼-inch thick pizza crust. 6. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Then, remove from oven.
